Once we got the compost put in, we added a few bags of manure and about 10 bags of topsoil. My step daughter and I mixed it in the best we could... but dang it was hot! My handsome husband then 'flipped' over the layers from the very bottom. So glad he's around sometimes!
We went to the farmers market, my first time ever!
If my two 'drinking friends' weren't knocked up (including my neighbor next door who's also doing the garden bed...) I SO would have bought this to add to the garden!
She had never done a garden before, so she did a majority of the planting. The seeds were an interesting process.... But, we got it done, and she had a blast!
